Initiate Your Request
Log into your AutoYunn account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent restocking fees or processing delays.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
